“We came to Todd and Kate with a rough idea of our dream home that included all the features and rooms that we wanted, based on The Connection plan. The answer was “yes, we can make it happen”.

After going through the early processes with other builders and being somewhat underwhelmed, what had seemed like a long shot to fit all of this within our budget, was now close to becoming a reality. Kate was brilliant to deal with from start to finish and James' knowledge and experience helped us make smart and practical choices as we moved through the planning stage.

The entire build process went very smoothly and communication was at a high standard throughout. Even times where there were corrections needed, the response and ownership of these things was brilliant and timely. Todd was brilliant with helping us make last minute changes to certain aspects of our build to work around our pool and made some great recommendations that we now love.

Fast forward to where we are now, the 'after sale' support for our 3-month maintenance period has been greatly appreciated and a huge thank you to Glenn, Darren, and the great tradespeople that played a part in our house build. We have recommended Todd Newman Builders to anyone we speak to and will continue to.
